~ The Blood is the Life of mankind and of every living creature. It is the Precious Blood of Jesus that has made Eternal Life to all who Believe in Him and repent of their sins ~
The Apostle Paul in Romans 3:23 wrote, "For all have sinned, and come short of the Glory of God."
The fact that everyone is born in sin necessitates a need for Salvation and that the penalty for sin is death or the shedding of Blood necessitates a need for a Saviour.
In
Hebrews 9:22 we read in part, "And without the shedding of blood there is no remission."
Since the penalty for sin is the shedding of Blood, for a person “Soul” to continue to exist there is therefore a need for a surrogate or Saviour ~
Now consider, what happens when a sickness goes into remission. In like manner sin no longer exists when a Soul accepts Jesus Precious Blood as payment for their sins.
One also needs to remember that like a life threatening sickness that has gone into remission can resurface, sin can resurface in the life of a Believer “Saint” if they yield their selves to temptation.
We read in
1st John 1:5-7, "This then is the message which we have heard of Him, and declare unto you, that God is Light, and in Him is no darkness at all.
*If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the Truth: *But if we walk in the Light, as He is in the Light, we have fellowship one with another, and the Blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin."
Just as no lie is of the Truth,
1st John 2:21 so, Light and darkness cannot occupy the same space. One either walks in darkness or they walk in the Light “Truth.”
The Apostle Paul in
Ephesians 1:4-7 wrote, "According as He hath chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be Holy and without blame before Him in love: *Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His Will,
*To the praise of the Glory of His Grace, wherein He hath made us accepted in the beloved. *In whom we have redemption through His Blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His Grace;"
God “YHWH” as a Master Builder, knowing the nature of mankind, devised a Perfect Plan for Saving of the Soul before sin entered into their heart, the Blood of His only Begotten Son, Jesus. Praise His Holy Name!
It is the desire of God that none should be lost but that all should come to repentance,
2nd Peter 3:9. The Prophet Isaiah in Isaiah 1:18 wrote, "Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool."
Each of us has a personal invitation from the Lord to come to Him, confess our sins to Him and He will abundantly pardon or pay for our sins. One Scripture basically says, “bring with you words”,
Hosea 14:2
In other words, Faith or Believing without works or action on our part is useless ~
In
1st Corinthians 6:9-11 the Apostle Paul wrote, neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor "Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the Kingdom of God? Be not deceived: adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, *Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the Kingdom of God. *And such were some of you: but ye are Washed, but ye are Sanctified, but ye are Justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God."
The Apostle Paul makes it very clear what type of person we must be wife intend on being a Citizen in the Kingdom of God. Take a close look at the things that are mentioned as negating the acceptance into His Kingdom. Is there any semblance of these things evident in your life? If there is, now is the time to bring with you words to Jesus and ask to be forgiven and the Blood that He shed will cover your sin. Praise His Holy and Righteous Name!
In
1st John 5:5-6 we read, "Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? *This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is Truth."
This is a recipe, if you will that must be followed in order to receive Salvation. Anyone that has ever done much baking knows, all it takes for a convection to turn out bad or uneatable is to omit one or more of the required ingredients. Salvation without the Precious Shed Blood of Jesus is not possible.
There was an Editor of a Magazine that was preparing to set the type for their next issue when he noticed that some of the pages he was using to set type were blank. He shut everything down and exited the dark room to check out the blank papers. Upon coming out into the natural light, he noticed that the papers that had appeared to be blank, were actually written in red ink. He then realized that the ultra-violet light in the dark room had caused the papers written in red ink to appear to be blank.
When God “YHWH” looks at the Believer “Saint,” He looks through the Precious Shed Blood of His Only Begotten Son Jesus thus, the sins of mankind being red like scarlet are not seen. Thank you Jesus!
We read in
Revelation 7:9-14, "After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the Throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; *And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the Throne, and unto the Lamb. *And all the angels stood round about the Throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the Throne on their faces, and worshipped God, *Saying, Amen: Blessing, and Glory, and Wisdom, and Thanksgiving, and Honour, and Power, and Might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen. *And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? *And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the Blood of the Lamb."
Righteousness or right living is the White Robes of the Saints and the palms in their hands are Praises to the King of Kings, the Lord of Glory. Every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord.
Those that think they are going to be raptured, to be with Jesus before the Great Tribulation comes, have a sad awakening coming. God “YHWH” has the ability to shelter His Chosen Seed, the Saints in the midst of destruction. Remember the three Hebrew Children Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego how the Lord delivered them from a Fiery Furnace. He can still do the same type of things for the Saints today. If we are willing and obedient to His Holy Written Word and put your Trust in Him and Him alone, He will deliver.
We read in
Exodus 12:13, "And the Blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the Blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt."
Here is exactly what I was talking about previously. God “YHWH” would not allow the Death Angel to enter the home of those that had the Blood of a Lamb applied to the side and upper door-post of their residence. The Death Angel came but the obedient Children of the Lord were spared.
The Blood of Jesus is a sign to the enemy that you belong to God “YHWH” and as such, you are untouchable unless permitted by God “YHWH.”
In
Leviticus 17:11 we read, "For the Life of the flesh is in the Blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an Atonement for your Souls: for it is the Blood that maketh an Atonement for the Soul."
The Life of the Saints is in the Precious Shed Blood of Jesus ~ Praise His Holy and Righteous Name!
We read in
Genesis 4:10 in part, "The Voice of thy brother’s Blood crieth unto Me from the ground."
We may think that God doesn’t see or care about all the evil that is in the land today. But that is far from the truth. The volume of the cries from all that innocent blood that has been and is shed in the world today is deafening. God hears every Blood Cry and He will require it in the Day of His Wrath except we repent.
Therefore, if you have the blood of sin, disobedience on your hands, please hear the call of Jesus: come to him with words of repentance and He will pray the Heavenly Father “YHWH” will pardon your sin and accept you into His Family.
